The Lab offers athlete development and adult training options. Share the athlete’s age and goals so the team can confirm the right program and any supervision requirements.

One-day passes are $45, with a maximum of 3 per month and 6 within 12 months per person. Each includes 45 minutes of cage access, full gym access, the turf area and scheduled Pitching Lab time. An exclusive 45-minute cage rental with a day pass is an additional $45 or 1 Lab Credit. Ask the team to confirm guest access and availability.

Full Spectrum includes a baseline and scheduled progress testing. The Pitching Lab includes a pitching baseline and scheduled pitching performance testing. The Hitting Lab includes one Full Spectrum Report / Testing Day. The Power Lab includes metric testing and analysis upon request. Compare memberships for the full assessment details.

Yes. Non-member Full Spectrum Testing is $150. Apply that $150 assessment fee toward a new Full Spectrum membership when you join within 7 days.

Private lessons are purchased separately. A 60-minute individual session is $120 for members or $140 for non-members; a 30-minute session is $75 for members or $85 for non-members.

Access is subject to the space or equipment being available. It is not a guaranteed exclusive reservation. Check with the team before your visit if your session depends on turf or a specific recovery tool.

The Challenge Cage is not included in any of the four memberships. Ask the team about a separate session.
